1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 69
Recent experience
69. The holder of a licence or rating under this Part shall not fly unless he
or she complies with such requirements relating to recent experience
appropriate to the licence or rating as the Authority considers necessary in
the interests of the safety of air navigation and specifies in Civil Aviation
Orders.
