1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 86

86. (1) The Authority may:

   (a)  establish, provide, maintain and operate air route and airway
        facilities; (b) alter, abolish, remove or add to any air route or
        airway facilities so established or provided; and

   (c)  vary the character of any air route or airway facilities so
        established or provided, or of the signals or assistance given
        thereby.

(2) Air route and airway facilities established or provided in pursuance of
this regulation shall be under the control and management of the Authority
which may, subject to these Regulations, determine the conditions of the use
thereof.
