23. Regulation 296D (How are infringement notices and withdrawals of notices to be served?)

23.1 Subparagraph 296D (a) (iii):
Omit "officer" (wherever occurring), substitute "person".
23.2 Subparagraph 296D (b) (ii):
Omit "authorised officer", substitute "authorised person".
