15. Regulation 23 (Authority may notify that certificate of type approval etc. a prerequisite for certificate of airworthiness)

15.1 The heading to regulation 20B should be read as "CASA may notify that
certificate of type approval etc. a prerequisite for certificate of
airworthiness".
