1995 No. 224 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 34

34.1 Each provision in the Civil Aviation Regulations in which the
expression "The Authority" or "the Authority" appears (except regulation 2) is
amended by omitting the expression (wherever occurring) and substituting

"CASA".

34.2 Each provision in the Civil Aviation Regulations in which the
expression "The Authority's" or "the Authority's" appears (except regulation
2) is amended by omitting the expression (wherever occurring) and substituting

"CASA's".

34.3 The heading of Division 1B of Part III of the Civil Aviation
Regulations is amended by omitting "the Authority" and substituting "CASA".

34.4 The heading of Division 1 of Part IVA of the Civil Aviation Regulations
is amended by omitting "Authority" and substituting "CASA".

34.5 Each provision and heading in the Civil Aviation Orders in which the
expression "The Authority" or "the Authority" appears is amended by omitting
the expression (wherever occurring) and substituting "CASA".

34.6 Each provision and heading in the Civil Aviation Orders in which the
expression "The Authority's" or "the Authority's" appears is amended by
omitting the expression (wherever occurring) and substituting "CASA's".
