CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 288 - REG 22

22. Regulation 5.81 (Private (aeroplane) pilot: regular flight reviews required)

22.1 Paragraph 5.81 (5) (c): Omit "flight instructor (aeroplane) rating",
substitute "grade of flight instructor (aeroplane) rating that authorises him
or her to conduct aeroplane flight reviews". 23. Division 6 (Private Pilot
(Helicopter) Licence) (NOTE: Note 2 following the heading to Division 6 should
be omitted and the following note substituted:

"2. The following terms used in this Division are defined in subregulation
5.01 (1):
aircraft endorsement
helicopter conversion training
single place helicopter type.".)
