CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 288 - REG 37

37. Regulation 5.115 (Aeronautical experience: persons other than commercially trained persons and helicopter pilots)

37.1 Subregulation 5.115 (1): Omit "paragraph 5.104 (1) (f), the aeronautical
experience of a person who is not covered by regulation 5.111, 5.113 or
5.114", substitute "subparagraph 5.104 (1) (f) (ii), the aeronautical
experience of a person who is not covered by regulation 5.113 or 5.114".

37.2 Subregulation 5.115 (3): Omit "paragraph 5.104 (1) (f)", substitute
"subparagraph 5.104 (1) (f) (ii)".
