CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 288 - REG 39

39. Regulation 5.120 (What are the qualifications for a commercial pilot (helicopter) licence?)

39.1 Paragraph 5.120 (1) (b):
After "holds", insert ", or is qualified to hold,".

39.2 Subparagraph 5.120 (3) (a) (iii):
Omit "air law", substitute "overseas conversion".

39.3 Paragraph 5.120 (3) (b): Add at the end:

"; and (v) has been awarded a pass in a commercial pilot (helicopter) licence
overseas conversion examination.".
