Note
The Sentence Administration Act 1995 (WA) was repealed on 31 August 2003 by section 29 of the Sentencing Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2003 (WA) (the Repeal Act ). However, under the transitional provisions set out in Schedule 1 to the Repeal Act (see in particular clauses 7 and 8 of that Schedule), an order of the kind mentioned in subparagraph (d) (i) or (ii) may still be made in respect of a person who, immediately before 31 August 2003, was subject to a sentence of imprisonment to which the Sentence Administration Act 1995 (WA) applied.

the release of a prisoner under a re-entry release order made under Part 4 of the Sentence Administration Act 2003 of Western Australia.
