CUSTOMS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 5) (SLI NO 230 OF 2011) - REG 4

                The amendments made by item [1] of Schedule 1 apply in relation to an application for a post-importation permission to which Subdivision GC of Division 1 of Part XII of the Customs Act 1901 applies that is:

                (a)    made, but not finally determined, before the commencement of these Regulations; or

               (b)    made on or after the commencement of these Regulations.
