Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of subsection 85-5(4) of the Act, an unacceptable name specified in column 1 of an item of the following table is available for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation if the Minister specified in column 2 of the item has consented, in writing, to the corporation using or assuming the name.
