Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) A director or member of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation may nominate, in writing, an individual, firm or company for appointment as auditor of the corporation.
(2) The corporation must send a copy of the nomination to:
(a) each nominated individual, firm or company; and
(b) each person entitled to receive notice of general meetings of the corporation.
(3) The copy of the nomination must be sent at least 7 days before the day of the general meeting at which the nomination is to be considered.
