1980 No. 265 COMMONWEALTH BANKING CORPORATION SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 6 of the Commonwealth Banking Corporation Service Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Appointments without entrance examination

"6. For the purposes of sub-section 90 (2) of the Act-

   (a)  each of the positions specified in the Schedule; and

   (b)  the class of positions comprising positions at a branch or agency
        outside Australia of the Corporation, the Trading Bank or the Savings
        Bank, are prescribed.".
