Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of the Criminal Code , the organisation known as Jabhat Fatah al-Sham is specified.
(2) Jabhat Fatah al-Sham is also known by the following names:
(a) Al-Nusra Front;
(b) Al-Nusrah Front;
(c) Al-Nusrah Front for the People of the Levant;
(d) Conquest of the Levant Front;
(e) Fatah al-Sham Front;
(f) Front for the Conquest for Sham;
(g) Jabhat al-Nusra;
(h) Jabhat al-Nusrah;
(i) Jabhat al-Nusra li-Ahl al-Sham Min Mujahideen al-Sham fi Sahat al-Jihad;
(j) Jabhet al-Nusra;
(k) Support Front for the People of Syria from the Mujahideen of Syria in the Places of Jihad;
(l) The Victory Front.
