                   This regulation is made under the following Acts:

                     (a)  the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units Act 2011 ;

                     (b)  the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 ;

                     (c)  the Clean Energy Act 2011 .
