1980 No. 21 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 1
Prohibition against export except with approval of Minister of State for Trade and Resources
1. Regulation 12 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "Overseas Trade" (wherever
occurring) and substituting "Trade and Resources"; and
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "Overseas Trade" and substituting
"Trade and Resources".
