Exportation of goods specified in the Twelfth Schedule

9. Regulation 13A of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
subregulations (1) and (2) "Minister of State for Arts, Heritage and
Environment" and substituting "Minister of State for the Arts, Sport, the
Environment, Tourism and Territories".
