1992 No. 412 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Subregulation 13E (1): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(1) In this regulation:
'authorised person' means a person authorised in writing by the Minister of
State for Defence to grant a licence or permission, for the purposes of these
Regulations, to export from Australia all or any of the goods referred to in
the strategic goods list;
'strategic goods list' means:

   (a)  the document formulated and published by the Minister of State for
        Defence that:

        (i)    is entitled 'Australian Controls on the Export of Technology
               with Civil and Military Applications'; and

        (ii)   is dated September 1992; or

   (b)  that document as amended and in force from time to time.".
2.2 Subregulation 13E (2): Omit all the words before paragraph (a),
substitute:

"(2) The exportation from Australia of goods specified in the strategic goods
list is prohibited unless:".
