1979 No. 185 CUSTOMS (CINEMATOGRAPH FILMS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 5 of the Customs (Cinematograph Films) Regulations is amended by
omitting sub-regulations (5) and (6) and substituting the following
sub-regulations:

" (5) A member of the Board (not being an officer or employee of the
Australian Public Service) shall be appointed on such terms and conditions,
including terms and conditions relating to remuneration and allowances, as the
Governor-General determines.

" (6) The Governor-General shall not make a determination under sub-regulation
(5) in relation to any matter in respect of which a determination is for the
time being in force under the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.".
