Censorship Board
3. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
subregulation (2) and substituting the following subregulation:
"(2) The Board consists of the Chief Censor, the Deputy Chief Censor, the
Senior Censor and not more than 9 other members.".
