(1) In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Customs Act 1901 .

(2) In these Regulations, the following words and expressions have the same meaning as in Division 1D of Part VIII of the Act:

(a)

Harmonized System;

(b)

Interpretation Rules;

(c)

non-originating materials;

(d)

originating materials;

(e)

produce;

(f)

Thai originating goods.
