1984 No. 67 COMPENSATION (COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. The amendments effected by these Regulations apply in relation to-

   (a)  weekly payments of compensation under the Compensation (Commonwealth
        Government Employees) Act 1971 in respect of any period commencing
        after 30 April 1984; and

   (b)  payments of compensation (other than weekly payments) under the
        Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Act 1971 in respect
        of-

        (i)    an injury that occurs to an employee after 30 April 1984; or

        (ii)   a loss or event that occurs after 30 April 1984 resulting from
               any other injury to an employee.
