1988 No. 122 COMPENSATION (COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. The amendments effected by these Regulations apply in relation to:

   (a)  weekly payments of compensation under the Compensation (Commonwealth
        Government Employees) Act 1971 in respect of any period commencing
        after 12 June 1988; and

   (b)  payments of compensation (other than weekly payments) under that Act
        in respect of:

        (i)    an injury that occurs to an employee after 12 June 1988; or

        (ii)   a loss or event that occurs after 12 June 1988 resulting from
               any other injury to an employee.
