Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956

1  Subregulation 5K(6)

Omit "paragraph 68(1)(d) of the Act applies", substitute "the conditions in paragraph 13(6A)(b) or (c) of the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 are satisfied".

2  Subregulation 5K(6) (note)

Repeal the note.

3  Subregulation 5K(7) (definition of ODS equipment )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

"ODS equipment" has the same meaning as in the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989.

4  Subregulation 5K(7) (definition of SGG equipment )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

"SGG equipment" has the same meaning as in the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989.
