1993 No. 166 CHRISTMAS ISLAND (COURTS) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. For the purposes of paragraph (i) of the definition of "court of Western
Australia" in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the following courts or tribunals
are specified:

   (a)  the Appeal Costs Board established by the Suitor's Fund Act 1964 of
        Western Australia;

   (b)  the Assessor appointed under the
        Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1985 of Western Australia;

   (c)  the Guardianship and Administration Board established by the
        Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 of Western Australia;

   (d)  a Land Valuation Tribunal established under the
        Land Valuation Tribunals  Act 1978 of Western Australia.
