2.1 Subregulation 4R (1): Omit "Department of Health, Housing and Community
Services", substitute "Department of Health, Housing, Local Government and
Community Services".
2.2 Subregulations 4R (1) and (2): Omit "Minister of State for Health, Housing
and Community Services", substitute "Minister for Health".
