1993 No. 236 CHRISTMAS ISLAND (COURTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Add at the end:

"; (d) the offices of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Commercial Tribunal
of Western Australia;

   (e)  the office of member of a panel established under the Commercial 
        Tribunal Act 1984 of Western Australia;

   (f)  the office of member of a panel established under the Retirement 
        Villages Act 1992 of Western Australia;

   (g)  a retirement villages referee appointed under the Retirement Villages 
        Act 1992 of Western Australia;

   (h)  a referee appointed under the Small Claims Tribunal Act 1974 of
        Western Australia.".
