2. Regulation 5HA (Review of decisions)
2.1 Subregulation 5HA (1) (definition of "initial decision", paragraph (b)):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:
"(b) of the Secretary of the Department of Health, Housing, Local Government
and Community Services, or an authorised officer, under subregulation 5H (2)
or (4);".
