2. Schedule 2 (Goods the importation of which is prohibited unless the
permission in writing of the Minister or an authorised person has been
granted)
2.1 Item 18: Omit the item, substitute:

"18 Blowpipes and blowguns
18A Blowpipe and blowgun darts
18B Goods of the kind known as nunchakus
18C Crossbows, crossbow darts and crossbow bolts
18D Ballistic knives, being knives that discharge a blade as a projectile by a
spring mechanism or other means".
