12. Regulation 5HA (Review of decisions)

12.1 Omit "Department of Health, Housing, Local Government and Community
Services" (wherever occurring), substitute "Department of Human Services and
Health".

12.2 Subregulation 5HA (1):
Omit "Minister for Health.", substitute "Minister for Human Services and
Health.".
