1995 No. 412 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED IMPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 2 (1) (definition of "Australian Wool Corporation
Standard"): Omit the definition.

3.2 Subregulation 2 (1): Insert the following definitions:

" 'Australian Wool Exchange' means the Australian Wool Exchange Limited ACN
061 495 565;
'Australian Wool Exchange Standard' means a standard published by the
Australian Wool Exchange;".

3.3 Subregulation 2 (5): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(5) For the purposes of these Regulations:

   (a)  a reference to an Australian Wool Exchange Standard published on a
        date specified in these Regulations is taken to include a reference to
        the Australian Wool Exchange Standard approved for publication on that
        date; and

   (b)  if an Australian Wool Exchange Standard refers to another instrument,
        that instrument is taken to be incorporated with, and form part of,
        the Australian Wool Exchange Standard.".
