CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED IMPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 4 - REG 2

2.1 Subregulation 4B (1):
Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(1) In this regulation "fish" includes all species of bony fish, sharks,
rays, crustaceans, molluscs and other marine organisms, but does not include
marine mammals or marine reptiles.".

2.2 Paragraph 4B (2) (a):
Omit "territorial limits of Australia;", substitute "outer limits of the
'Australian fishing zone' within the meaning of the Fisheries  Management Act
1991 ;".

2.3 Subregulation 4B (3):
Omit "Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy.", substitute
"Minister for Resources and Energy.".
