10. For the purposes of subsection 37 (2) of the Act, the rates of travelling
allowance set out in Part A of Schedule 1 to Determination 1983/10 of the
Public Service Board under section 82D of the Public Service Act 1922 and as
in force at the commencement of these Regulations, are prescribed as
allowances to be paid to the Chief Executive Officer.
