1992 No. 356 CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (d) of the Act, the prescribed
number of members is 5.

(2) The Minister must select the persons to be appointed under that paragraph:

   (a)  in consultation with the governments of the States and Territories;
        and

   (b)  on the basis of their qualifications and experience in the
        construction industry.
