CUSTOMS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2013 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 42 OF 2013) - SCHEDULE 1

Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958

1  Paragraph 11(2)(b)

Omit "regulation 18", substitute "paragraph 18(1)(a)".

2  At the end of regulation 11

Add:

             (3)  The exportation of goods is prohibited if:

                     (a)  the goods are goods to which subregulation 4(4) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 applies; and

                     (b)  the exportation is not authorised in accordance with a permit granted under paragraph 18(1)(a) of those Regulations.
