<p>I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council and under <a href=)
section 4 of the Acts
Interpretation Act 1901, and having taken into consideration advice given
to the Minister for Industrial Relations by the Coal Mining Industry (Long
Service Leave Funding) Corporation under the Coal Mining Industry (Long
Service Leave Funding) Act 1992, make the following Regulations under the
Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Payroll Levy Act 1992.
