CONTROL OF NAVAL WATERS REGULATION 2015 (SLI NO 27 OF 2015) - REG 5

Note:          A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:

(a)    exempt vessel;

(b)    installation;

(c)    naval waters;

(d)    superintendent.

                   In this instrument:

"Act " means the Control of Naval Waters Act 1918 .
