2. The Schedule to the Companies (Acquisition of Shares-Fees) Regulations is
amended-

   (a)  by omitting from Column 3 in Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14,
        15, 18, 19 and 20 "55" and substituting "60";

   (b)  by omitting from Column 3 in Items 6, 8 and 12 "275" and substituting
        "300";

   (c)  by omitting from Column 3 in Item 8 "550" and substituting "590";

   (d)  by omitting from Column 3 in Item 10 "55" and substituting "120";

   (e)  by omitting from Column 3 in Items 15A and 16A "110" and substituting
        "120"; and

   (f)  by omitting Items 16 and 17.
