CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS (SANCTIONS — ERITREA AND ETHIOPIA) REGULATIONS 2000 2000 NO. 247 - REG 5

Definitions

In these Regulations:

arms or related matériel includes:

(a): weapons; and
(b): ammunition; and
(c): military vehicles and equipment; and
(d): batons, clubs, riot sticks and similar devices of a kind used for law enforcement purposes; and
(e): body armour, including:

(i): bullet-resistant apparel; and
(ii): bullet-resistant pads; and
(iii): protective helmets; and

(f): handcuffs, leg-irons and other devices used for restraining prisoners; and
(g): riot protection shields; and
(h): whips; and
(i): parts and accessories designed or adapted for use in, or with, equipment mentioned in any of paragraphs (d) to (h); and
(j): spare parts for the things mentioned in any of paragraphs (a) to (i).
