1993 No. 279 CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS (SANCTIONS) REGULATIONS - REG 15

15. (1) The Minister for Foreign Affairs may, in writing, delegate his or her
powers under these Regulations (other than this power) to:

   (a)  an officer of the Australian Public Service; or

   (b)  a member of the Defence Force.

(2) The Comptroller-General of Customs may, in writing, delegate his or her
powers under these Regulations (other than this power) to a Customs Officer.
