An undertaking accepted by TPC under section 87B of the Trade Practices Act before the commencement date that, immediately before that date, was still in effect, has effect according to its tenor on and after the commencement date as if it had been accepted under that section by ACCC, and may be enforced upon the application of ACCC under that section accordingly.
