COMPETITION POLICY REFORM (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 1995 No. 331 - REG 15
Declarations by PSA
15. A declaration made by PSA under section 21 of the Prices Surveillance Act
and in force immediately before the commencement date has effect according to
its tenor on and after that date as if it had been made under that section by
ACCC, and may be varied or revoked accordingly.
