23. (1) ACCC must provide to the Minister, for presentation to the Parliament, a report on:

(a)

the operations of TPC; and

(b)

the operations of PSA;

during the period commencing on 1 July 1995 and ending immediately before the commencement date.

(2)

ACCC must provide the report to the Minister at the same time as ACCC provides, under section 171 of the Trade Practices Act, the report of its operations in the year ending on 30 June 1996.
