1983 No. 316 COMPANIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 21

21. Notwithstanding the repeal of regulation 27 of the Companies Regulations
as in force immediately before the coming into operation of these Regulations,
that regulation continues to apply for the purposes of sub-sections 27 (26)
and (27) of the Act as continued in effect pursuant to section 30S of the
Companies Act 1981.
