1983 No. 316 COMPANIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6. After regulation 54 of the Companies Regulations the following regulation
is inserted: Prescribed authorities for the purposes of sub-section 227 (3)

"54A. Each of the following authorities is a prescribed authority for the
purposes of sub-section 227 (3) of the Act:

   (a)  the Controller of Prisons in Tasmania;

   (b)  the Corrective Services Commission of New South Wales;

   (c)  the Director of the Western Australian Prisons Department;

   (d)  the Executive Director of the Department of Correctional Services of
        South Australia;

   (e)  the Governor of the prison in Victoria that had legal custody of the
        person on the specified date;

   (f)  the Superintendent of the prison in Queensland that had legal custody
        of the person on the specified date.".
