1983 No. 316 COMPANIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

9. Regulation 88 of the Companies Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (1) all words after "or by" and substituting-

"proxy-

   (a)  where the number of persons entitled to vote exceeds 2, at least 2 of
        those persons; or

   (b)  where only one person is, or 2 persons are, entitled to vote-that
        person or those persons".
