1983 No. 328 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
Deposits by subscribers to Customs securities
3. Regulation 25 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (1A) "passing any entry in relation thereto" and substituting
"giving any authority under section 39 of the Act to deal with the goods".
