1985 No. 228 COMPANIES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Definition of "authorized trustee corporation" 
Regulation 14 of the Companies Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (ad) the following paragraph:

"(ae) ANZ Executors & Trustee Company (South Australia)
Limited;"; and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (zm) the following paragraph:

"(zma) Westpac Custodian Nominees Limited;".
