1986 No. 367 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 37 of the Customs Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (e) and substituting the following
paragraph:

"(e) the tariff, statistical, country of origin and value base codes
in respect of the goods to which the entry relates, details of
any other factors that affect the amount of duty payable and
a full description of the goods;";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (1) "in Australian currency"; and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (m) "in Australian currency".
