1986 No. 94 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 138A of the Customs Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted: Review by Administrative Appeals Tribunal

"138A. An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of-

   (a)  a decision of the Comptroller under sub-regulation 125A (2);

   (b)  a decision of the Comptroller under regulation 125B;

   (c)  a decision of the Comptroller under regulation 133; or

   (d)  a decision of the Comptroller under sub-regulation 134 (8).".
